Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility for Returns:

  • You have 5-6 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Customized or engraved watches

1.3 Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at wollant.help@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Refunds

2.1 Refund Eligibility:

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

2.2 Refund Process:

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive your refund within 5-6 working days in your account same method, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

2.3 Partial Refunds:

  • Partial refunds may be granted for:
    • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Items returned more than 5-6 days after delivery.

3. Exchanges

3.1 Exchange Eligibility:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at wollant.help@gmail.com with details of the defect or damage.

4. Shipping

4.1 Return Shipping:

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4011, THA PALLADIUM MALL, YOGI CHOWK, PUNA GAM, SURAT, GUJARAT - 395010.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4.2 Lost or Damaged Returns:

  • If you are shipping an item over 100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
